Hello All!!
I can attest to the success of the Tichigan Car Show hosted by the local Lion's Club!! What an incredible undertaking! Not only were the cars a sight to see, but to watch the Lions and Lionesses in action was poetry in motion!
The concession area was buzzing with members selling tickets,taking orders and preparing and serving food. Due to the high turnout, the food and beer supply was running low, but in spite of that, every volunteer had a smile on their face, were joking amongst themselves and making their customers feel genuinely welcome to be there!!
The Lion's Club did a fantastic job in every aspect of this huge undertaking! Myself and many others noticed, appreciated and were very impressed by the work they did...all for "our" little dark haired, dark eyed girl who is faced with more challenges than many of us.
She has been raised to be gracious and thankful to those who have helped her along her journey.
We are collectively thankful to all who make her life more enjoyable and specifically grateful today for the members of The Tichigan Lions Club and to all of the car enthusiasts who attended!!
You've done a huge part in making plans for the next chapter of Brooke's Journey!

Alsolutely true. Such a nice community of friendly people with nothing by smiles and well wishes for Brooke and her future. Of course, the wonderful weather helped to bring people out by the dozens, but what better way to spend the day than with sunshine, friends, cool cars, and cold beer. Make-A-Wish at the Brewer Game was a great day & an enjoyable one for all the kids & their families. Brooke had such a great time that day! She was smiling all day:)

It was an honor to accompany Brooke to the Brewers game. Gosh, when I looked behind me and she was clapping along to the music...right on beat it was all worthwhile. She was just beaming. Still can't believe she sat still for the whole game. That's an accomplishment in itself. What a great summer day:) Love ya Brookie!

It was so much fun spending the day with you yesterday!
I'm not a big baseball fan but I had a great time chair dancing and clapping!!
By the way, I have your lipgloss that Kelsey gave to you. You gave it to me for safekeeping and I forgot to give it to you when I left.
I'll bring it over one of these days.
