Yesterday was Brooke's 3rd stem cell injection.  She had this one via IV in her hand.  They put the IV in, we have decided if she watches the needle go in, she does better than if she is not watching.  This way she expects it and didn't even as much as flinch.  The IV was a breeze in comparison, no food restrictions before or after and it took about an hour total.  We have to go to therapy now, so I'll blog more later.  Fritz just called and he and his nbc crew will be back in ten days to wrap up their story.  We're looking forward to their company again.  Will update more later.

Hi Everyone! I thought I would send you a line while Craig is in the middle of March Sadness...or whatever they call it. I know Vicki will agree with me on that one. I wanted to tell Peter good luck on his trip home (not sure if he left yet). I don't quite know the details of his flight back. Don't worry Cindy, he'll be fine. We went out to Bobby Rockets for fish tonight. Thought we'd support a hero from the benefit. As always, food was good. I miss all of you so much. Brady helps me to stay in tune with things. He sure brings a ray of sunshine to my sometimes very long weeks. Take Care, wish you could be with us tomorrow for the party. If you listen real close, maybe you can hear me sing for ya!! Love, D
Craig said Wisconsin had a scare earlier but pulled out to win...not that anyone cares.

Webmaster says that some people want Wisconsin to win so some people do care. It looked pretty sad in the first half but they pulled it together. Go Wisconsin, and more importantly Go Brooke.
