Today is Wednesday and raining for the first time since we got here.  It's foggy, we're on the 20th floor and you can barely see to the ground.  Brooke was in therapy and after about an hour started cranking, she was just tired and is sleeping now.  She's been waking too early I think.  Last night a group of us went to dinner together, with Grace from stemcellschina group.  She is very nice, speaks very good English.  It was nice, Peter stayed back with Brooke, Robert from Sydney joined us, Maya's family from MI and Brooke's trainer James, and Nancy, Rachel's Mom.  Brooke gave Peter some grief, cried after we left, I think overtired maybe.  He took her down to Chrissy and Rachel's room and the girls fell asleep together, so I guess it turned out okay.  It was great to get out and enjoy a meal and some conversation.  Thanks Petah for staying with Brooke!!  He has been great and we will miss him being here.  He will be ready to go home though I'm sure.  I better go and get her cream ordered from Shenzhen.  We miss everyone, have a good rest of the week.

Hey, good to hear from you. I finally have a minute to get a message back. Sounds like everything is going well. Tell Peter I said thanks too, cuz I know how much help he can be and is always willing to lend a hand. I suppose I'll owe him some Brownies and kind when he gets back....Just know that you are in my thoughts everyday and in my prayers every night. Love, Shar

      Hi Brooke,
I was gone from school for two days at a workshop, I couldn't wait to get to my computer today to check on you. I am so happy that your therapies are going so well. You are meeting so many new friends, friends all the way from Australia!! Today the kids had a two hour delay so it's a crazy day for us all. Do you like your China speech therapy?? I was so happy to read that your still laughing! Since your laughing I have another joke for you to tell Peter when it's time to go to sleep.
      Tell Peter: Knock Knock
Then Peter will say: Guess who
      Then you say: Betty
Then Peter will say: Betty Who
Then you tell him: Betty -bye

      Keep smiling!!
      Miss you!
      Mrs. Schleis

      Hi Everyone,
Sounds like everything is going smooth for you guys. I just wanted to update you on my day with Brady. ( By the way, Can I keep him on Tuesdays from now on?LOL!) We have soooo much fun together. Yesterday we went to the museum. He was so interested in learning about new things. We even saw an area about China, so I showed him where you guys all were. There was a wishing tree & he said "I wish my sister Brookie survies her stem cell & comes home soon".How sweet,I cried :o( We went to the butterfly exhibit, and he had a butterfly on his finger. He thought that was pretty cool. He liked the dinosaur exhibit.too, he showed me the intestines, I can't get over how smart he is! He was calling Ashley Ash by the end of the day, they were walking arm in arm. & asked if we could come there next week again! I think our plan for next Tuesday is to go to a movie. If you can let me know some that he HAS seen lately so he doesn't have to see it again. How is Rachel doing? Do you still have the news with you? Tell everyone Hi for us & give Brooke a kiss for me.
      Love Julie
